A dispute a conflict or simply a disagreement between two party because of some silly matter or anything which generate the conflicts. You may have observed in your daily life too. Take your family matters into consideration or the way you talk with your friends for that matter.Most the of the time it seems to be inception of big quarrel.
I am writing down three things which may help you to identify what went wrong and will be helpful to get it resolved
• Most of the time we never consider what were the intial argument and how it was started we always think about all the argument which occurred in between into consideration. Everybody is in hurry to reach towards conclusion.
• If you are really not happy with what happened and if you want to solve that, your intention and focus should be solving problem not maximising it. Write down the points which you can ignore then don’t give importance to those points.
• This is a big inception in people that Speaker is more intelligent then the listener. Someone has said very truly “Best person always tries to get monopoly on listening whereas stupid and idiots always tends to get monopoly on speaking”
