As I promised myself that I will be consistent in posting articles I am writing this article as a part of that commitment. This time I picked a topic “health”.
I have already written few articles about it and I am able to recall few lines written by me, Health should be top most priority for us because any experiment that you want to conduct in your life in order to make your life better needs a sound body, a person with poor heath may not be able to perform like a person who has excellent health. Healthy person can enjoy his life more that anyone else and that’s fact and that’s why health is wealth. Lets talk about the first step that anyone should take to get good health “STOP SMOKING. STOP BOOSING, STOP EATING JUNK FOODS” as I wrote the previous sentence in capital letter that means I am shouting here (Capital letter are considered as a virtual shouting).
As most of us work for a private company and usually don’t get enough time to prepare food for us we end up eating junk food and food from outside, this really sucks and on top of it if we are addicted of smoking or drinking imagine what you are doing with your body which is most important for you. My suggestions for those who don’t smoke is to stay away from it and their responsibility doesn't end with staying away, you guys have to educate your family and friends about the pros and cons of this unhealthy habit of being addicted of all this crap. For those who are smoking and drinking from a long time my suggestion to you guys is—I know you want to quit all this but you are not able to do this, you might have attempted to quit already, it’s not about will power its about the behavior of body, set some realistic expectation and try to hold your ground. It would be good if you can set some short term goal for yourself those short term goal will keep you accountable. One more thing that you guys should be focusing on is be involved in physical activity, try to be a part of the fitness community.
