Let me put some disclaimer first, I am neither a medical practitioner or doctor nor i am pretending to be one, and i don't have any medical degree either but i do have some knowledge and experience that i would like to share with you today. I hope this will help some of you who are suffering from some kind of decease. This is also useful for those who believe in prevention of decease. No matter what type of problem your body has one thing is very clear that your body is perfectly able to fight back we have limited its potential by our thought process another thing which contributes in limiting the bodies ability is use of pathological drugs which never seems to work without side effect, which means if any pathological drug is working in one part of your body defiantly other part of he body is compromising with the side effect but some time it is OK to use this unless its in a purview of strength of the body but can not be continued for long time. All long term treatment should be more natural, human is also part of the nature and anything which comes from nature should be the used as an agent to handle the decease, fresh air, water, clean environment, enough sleep, positive thinking, herbs, nutrition reach diet is more important than anything else in this situation. One thing we all can do is to connect our-self with nature first by taking off from the work and visiting some nice place which is far away from the air and noise pollution of the city( a forest trip can be very good idea). Doing meditation, yoga or simple exercise which involves natural moves something very simple like walking, swimming, breathing and jumping would do. Warm water bath is also very relaxing, having enough water is very important.
I will try to describe the importance of each these activity point by point, what i need from you is an open mind which can accept these suggestions
1. Morning Walk : I cant stress he importance of morning walk, its so powerful that it can unleash tremendous positive energy in various ways, morning fresh air itself is the remedy of major health issues that most of us are suffering. cough, cold, sinus infection, stress are to name a few.
2. Sleep : Sleep is the gift of God, we have to have at least 6 hours of sleep but that is for survival, if you are thinking beyond survival you need to have 8 hours of sound sleep without any disturbance, sleep relaxes muscles and mind. Sometime we experience that outside noise gets converted into some part of our dream this is because our mind converts those signal in such a way so that it can not disturb the sleep. Sleep is one of the regeneration processes available within the body. Most of the recovery takes place in the body when we are sleeping.
3. Nutrition : Nature has given us so many herbs, nutrition, all we have to do is to push yourself and have daily dose of those. Our body needs its daily dose of Protein, Carbohydrates and fat, we have to have vitamins and minerals in order to keep our immune system functioning.
4. Exercise : This is something that needs little bit of explanation, i know everyone is aware what exercise is all about, as i said simple form of exercise is Walking, Swimming and Breathing, this is very good for maintaining your health, but if you want to have some definition in your muscle or you want to gain or loose weight than you have to take a step further and in include some strength training in your training regime.
5. Meditation : Meditation is highly debatable topic in medical literature but this is something that can heal any type of decease. No one can deny the contribution of meditation on managing stress, it also helps to develop positive attitude and makes you more humble, There are so many guided meditation videos available in the YouTube that can help you in order to experience what Meditation is all about and what kind of miracles it can do.
